  The manager Tom Ulrich, first, mocked my friend when he complained we had been waiting too long, then served us COLD food. Next, when I said his service is bullshit, he told me to watch my mouth! I replied, "Or what? I have the right to say the your service is bullshit!" Tom said, "Actually no you don't," as if that fat lowlife is better than me! Then he said they were busy, with a whole whomping three orders.

  This young man Michael was so awesome! He even let me get the sourdough bread for my bacon cheeseburger cane over washed my table abs not one time complained! Me and my wife loved his service! Food was so good

  I am very curious as to what In the world goes on inside there when you place your order at the drive thru,I regularly have to wait 25-30 minutes. The girls that work the window obviously couldn't care less that they have window times which a nice dine in restaurant would have. No apologies, no remorse, no friendly conversation, just blank stares. This has got to be the most poorly managed Carl's Jr I've ever seen.
